Mainly right side breathing. Some faster, left side strokes too. An annoying fellow kept bumping into my feet for several lengths, but seemed strangely unwilling to pass when I slowed down or stopped at the end of the lane.
Had a massage on the legs and bought a foam roller to pulverize my leg muscles.

Spent a couple of long days in Saskatoon. Back in time to enjoy some nice weather.
I was aiming for a one hour run today, and headed to the trails in High Park, hoping the irregular surfaces of the trails woul be easier on my Itb. Got in about 30 minutes before I got nervous about twinges in the knees.
