Ran the green course at Stratton Bk......good day after I figured out we were running on 1-5k map over ran the first few control....thought I was just miss counting my pace.....over ran 1,3, 4, 5 before the light went on....legs ok but still jumping over blow downs an issues....

Wanted to get more TOT... so ran the Orange course ....good run.... just goofed up No. 7 forgot it was a 1-5k and went to deep into the woods...cost 2-3 min. leg tired at the end .....all in all a good day ....need to get out in the woods with a map more to get the rust off....
