Ran the Platt Tech. 5 k race in Milford......it went better then I thought it would....legs felt real good....at the one mile mark the Lt. knee got a little tight but after the next half mile it was fine.....this is the best run I have had since the ham went / followed by the knee ....the last mile I was able to push out a little.....now if there is no issue over night I can start to push the training and get back in shape.....and hope to have a good next yr. .....I was two minutes slower then last yr. at the same race..... but from where I have been this summer I will take it and be happy about it....But I am getting tired of everyone asking what happened to you ?? ....

Ran the Narrow Lane loop.....legs felt real good today ....no pain....heel a little tight but not bad.....and we have run three day in a row.....now just hope it will be ok Fri. ....plan an off day for a trip Sat.

legs felt better today ...in fact felt very good as I was walking around the house .....but the heel was acting up as soon as I got out on the road......

knee and heel were real sore today.....played golf today....was going to go for a bike ride but fell asleep and it was dark by the time I got up....may have been a good thing as the legs were just sore as hell today.....
