easy run on base loop .....a little sore from hills and rocky ground yesterday .....but no issues with legs.....might be on the mend....hope so....

Stopped at Tarrywile on the way back from Trenton N.J. and ran the Green Course....felt good ...the best I have felt in a long time....took my time going down hill ....afraid to slip and goof up the legs now that things are getting better.....took my time going up hill because I am not in great shape.....did ok over ran two controls ....but not bad for the first time out this yr......did stop and spent some time to help some young ladies who were off course and heading the wrong way....they went on their way and got the rest of the way ok.....
