Felt good after the first run so went back out ....knees a little sore the two controls but a good day

Orienteering (Green course) 1:06:13 [3] 4.0 km (16:33 / km)

Ran the green course at Hurd S.P. had a good run only on goof on the way to No. 6 went to far to the Rt and had to come back but knees got through ok. Nice day to be out in the woods

Again a slow jog on TM knee felt better today ....but still feels weak .... will see how we make out tomorrow

Again ran on the TM Rt knee gave out twice but I was able to walk a few minutes and then could jog again after the run the knee felt real good walking around ...
