ran a score O at Paugussett ....found 19 controls ...lost 20 pts for being over time...but had a good day in the woods on a rainy day.....no goofs and the legs seemed to be happy....

Started to run up the trout brook loop and the right hammy got tight and sore ....felt the same way two yrs ago...and fought through it ....bad move ..cost me half a yr of pain.....so backed off and went back...hope it will be better tomorrow ...
