RAN; THE BROWN COURSE AT QUANTICO.....GOOD RUN ....NO BIG GOOFS ...No. 3 TOOK A LONG TIME ....STILL NOT SURE IF I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER ROUTE....GOT CAUGHT IN SOME JUNK THAT WAS TOUGH TO RUN IN ....MAYBE SHOULD HAVE STAYED MORE NORTH AND ON THE HIGH GROUND ....??? BUT HAPPY WITH THE EFFORT ....THE KNEES JUST WON'T LET ME RUN FULL TILT ....
