Ran the Chris Martin 5k race in New Haven ......not a good day ....knee grumpy .....started back in the start pack ....(bad move) ....long time to get to the start line (good thing we use chip time) .....then it took me almost 1/2 mile before I could break free ...and get to up to pace ....O well at least I got the last Grand Prix race in and won my team shirt ...got 2nd AG....459/1480
