Ran the Green Course at Westmoreland.....good weather ….had a good day ..no big goofs....ok until No. 10 climb up hill killed me ….just ran out of gas ...made a bad route to No. 12 ...and stop to visit with and other runner on the way ...needed the rest ….but good day in the woods knees ok ...but I am still not great going down hill ….just going slow and careful....can't split my head open again.....
