Run on Loon (Inland) Lake. First race in a while, the arches held up so that is a great sign.

As I've done 0 (zero) running intensity along with the most modest of running (once a week) I started easy and finished strongish......57:02 for 13km....fast.....

Road ride with the local club.

Lots of fun, there are a few strong riders in the group, out to Saltery Bay and back. Averaged over 31km/h.
