I found this super cushy half marathon plan that starts at a potentially survivable/integratable level, and ends up at 20 mpw in 20 weeks.

For the approximate target time, I wouldn't even have to start for another ~3 weeks, so this is just padding. It will hopefully be nice to check off the more modest runs. And hopefully this means not getting hurt, as I'm not as durable as some of my 25 km-before-breakfast friends.

I got BINGO in just two laps!

Unfortunately, it was my 3rd and 4th lap. I goose egged the first two rounds while I tried to outsmart Steve, before giving up and trying to get through as fast as possible (or rather minimum distance of my remaining c). Shuffled well until lap 4, then had to walk a bit more.
