It would be funny to do this:

~7.5 hr adventure race

jump in the car and race over to Great Seal State Park and do the

Green Corn Moon Rogaine

The distances seem like you....should....be able to finish the AR early enough - 5 mile jog, 3.5 mile paddle, 8.5 mile mtb + 1 hr score o. You need to finish the race about 45-60 minutes early to get to the rogaine by start time, although last year I cleared with 45 minutes to spare, so maybe you can start late if you are in okay shape. Great Seal has a smallish area, so other than being really hard on the hills....
