Too nice not to get out. Bombed over to the closest single track, just did the short section. At the start, some guy hooked up his nylon straps, I thought about passing but I was glad to have not as he ripped ahead, quickly getting two turns up. Although oddly he was only thirty seconds ahead at the end when I decided to forgo the fun but not enough time at lunch additional section.

HR seems incorrect, I was down on power but not dying.

Too much napping and maybe a little too much chatting (hard to resist!), so cut it down to just Torn Shirt and Appleton short. Seemed to have a soft rev limit above 155 bpm which really limits speed given the type of climbs on TS.

Edge is like two miles under markers.
