I will do everything possible to get better at this sport, except sleep more, eat better and exercise.
No run power, lots of power hiking. I can feel my nav suffering by being untested by <3 mph. Bad habits, sloppy.
Massive near eye watering ankle roll exiting 13 as I tried to prance over a stick and my leg didn't get back square before I put weight on it.
