Cannonsburg Edition w/ Cris.

Lots of options with the free for all format; I think there is merit to doing the ski hill climb first before it was hot. But then you'd be biking more in heat, also not ideal.

We went CCW to make the last biking down hill.

Mostly clean navigation, some slight veering and like many, not a huge understanding of exactly where we were en route to 18, but all's well that ends well. Not entirely sure how following what felt like the same trail out got us to the pond / lake, but oh well, that is marginally shorter for one extra climb.

My lack of training and lack of heat acclimation did not serve us well, particularly exiting Pickerel Lake for the rest of the biking, just not many mph. Cris was gracious.

All's well that ends well; cleared with 6 minutes to spare, 5th in a massive 48 team 2p coed field, which is about as good as you can expect to get under those circumstances. Now to start training!
