Felt strong on bike pushed on the downhill. Felt god with nutrition of 1 bottle carbo pro efs every 2 hours and water at the aid stations. 1 baby food at hour 3 and a few gel bites. Need to work on nutrition so more energy on run.

Was at survival mode at mile 8. Tried to use smooth is fast. Did not do a good job with nutrition as I got very sloshy early and no energy so started walk run at mile 8.
