Cannon went off before I was in water so lost a couple
Minutes. Sighting was pretty good but did not press at all so need to get more lessons and work on endurance.

Felt strong on bike pushed on the downhill. Felt god with nutrition of 1 bottle carbo pro efs every 2 hours and water at the aid stations. 1 baby food at hour 3 and a few gel bites. Need to work on nutrition so more energy on run.

Was at survival mode at mile 8. Tried to use smooth is fast. Did not do a good job with nutrition as I got very sloshy early and no energy so started walk run at mile 8.
