Progressive 6 laps, started off at around 3:30 then moved down to 3:10, felt tired to start off, but didn't really get much worse as the session went on
Running intervals 15:00 [5] 3.7 km (4:03 / km)
8x400 on a 2 min cycle. Started off feeling as tired as in the progressive, but felt better and better as the reps went on. Started to rain quite heavily and the wind picked up, which was nice to cool the body down. Hitting the laps in 69-71, and the last in 65. Good session, and reassuring to see I can move quickly even when I don't feel average at the start of the training.
