Running 47:00 [3] 10.2 km (4:36 / km)

Longer run at Bold park - hillier than i remember. quite relaxed, only real strain was pushing up the last hill to get to yoga before the sun set

Hour long squash session with Alex, ended up winning 2 of 3 sets

Orienteering race (Relays) 22:15 [4] 2.8 km (7:57 / km) +140m 6:21 / km

First leg of relays (second in team). Ran well for the majority of the course, but made a large 2 minute error on number 3. Switching off is never an option when craig is setting, and ended up confused by the scale and 150m past the control. Ran a little conservatively knowing that not only woudl it tire me for the next leg but I would get stiff legs if I pushed too hard. After recieving a comfortable lead from Ben I managed to hold it together to come in with some time on the other teams.

Orienteering race (Re) 26:05 [4] 2.8 km (9:19 / km) +140m 7:27 / km

Second leg at the relays. Despite my best efforts, was still quite tired on this leg. I think this exhaustion was partly to blame for a 2 minute blunder in exactly the same spot as last leg. went on to run the rest of the course reasonably well albeit slow, minus number 6, which i missed by about 50m but happened to be in a section that all started to look the same. Eventually found this and went on to finish 25 minutes in front of second (thanks Richard) largely due to some very quick runs from Ben. The event was very well set, and it would be nice to train there as well for the national sprint.
