Actually made an effort with the warm up this week. Also a jog down to the creek and back afterwards

Long at brigadoon. Mistakes at 11 and 18, rest was ok.

Had a 60 min build run planned, but started bucketing down just before i started so i opted for just the tempo component.

Felt really average on the warm up and was considering just doing a recovery today, but stuck with it and was pleasantly surprised with how cruisy it felt.
