Cycling long 4:01:00 [2] 120.5 km (30.0 kph) +1089m

Finally some great weather so I took the day off work to go for a long bike ride. Rode out to the Forks of the Credit and it is surprising that I hand not been there before; it is a pretty awesome stretch of road with lots of twists and climbing. The wind was (again) annoying on the way home but it was a good ride overall.

Running 27:00 [2] 5.5 km (4:55 / km)

A brick run (walk) off the bike. It was hot and the heart rate was high and walked a couple of times but glad I did this (sort of!).

Swimming 1:00:00 [2] 2.6 km (23:05 / km)

A little tired after some good workouts and enjoying London over the weekend but thought a longer swim was a good idea. The swim was very slow but glad I went.

Cycling long 5:20:00 [2] 155.0 km (29.1 kph) +1021m

Took the day off work to ride to London where Ellen had her provincial gymnastic competition. The ride started great with the wind coming from the north and I head through Carlisle and crossed the Grand river just south of Cambridge. I took a short section of gravel road and it was really bumpy which caused a screw to fall out of the seat post. I didn't realize this until about 30 minutes later when the seat shifted upwards so I need to find a gas station with an allen key. Once that was sorted, I headed southwest to London along long straight roads (Drumbo) and now into the wind which was now coming from most from the West (arrgh!). I plugged along and had to stop once to sit down for 2 minutes and then for an extended water break but eventually made it.
