First a warm-up run to the farmers market with the family and then a run around town; founds some trails by the dam which were pretty awesome...I look forward to some further exploration.

Great ride on the Centurion course with SM and the guys from Speed River. It was great to ride in a pace line (something I don't do very often) and share the work. I went home before going down 19th and was glad my ride was mostly down hill as the legs were pretty tired; glad I did plan on doing another lap like the rest of the guys!
