Fun (but tiring) run with Jamie up the Grind, through Scenic Caves to Castle glen and back, going down Happy valley. Had a headache at the end (dehydrated?...but I should not be).

Peaks and Trails Race #4 - with a slight detour and a cold Detour after the race! Things were going well until I could not follow the trail and made my own path (my own fault!). Felt good though (finally!)
