Rode up and down 12th side road with Jamie. Had a bit of a speed wobble coming down but not because of the speed!

Great ride to the bottom of Bowles hill (didn't feel like climbing) so turned around and climbed 7 and then home.

Run at MT Nemo after work. Was running along a less traveled trail and saw a dog in the path; then it was 3 dogs that looked at me and then took off running. then I figured they were not dogs but coyotes. I turned around and went back the way I came (just to be safe)!
