TrailFix - Stage 2 - At Albion - After a quick warm-up, Chad and I set out at a very fast pace. Chad having already biked and run 3 laps packed it in at the campsite and I should have too...I slowed down a bit but had a good lap but was cooked afterwards!

Paddling in the waves at Thornbury pier- Started with a kayak on the SUP and went out and back a ways and then just surfed the waves and actually rode one. The I switched to using the stand up paddle; things were quite interesting at first and figured I was going swimming but slowly figured out the balance but could not quite catch a wave standing up. Fun day on the water!
