Raid the Hammer 2020 Style...staggered starts, summer weather! What a great day with Jamie G.
Started out with a short sleeve shirt over a long sleeve and was too hot within 5 minutes but despite my normal routine of constant clothing changes throughout the race, I kept as is. We moved really well the whole day and only had a few minor bobbles. Because of the staggered starts, we could not tell how we were doing relative to other teams but it was great that all the teams were spread out. Turns out, we were running at the same pace to a few teams all day and in the end, we came in second with a team just in front of us and a team just behind us!
