Track Session 10x (1km+200m floater). Felt rock solid. was not looking forward to this session at all but one i got into it around my 3rd interval I felt good and enjoyed it quite a bit. Kept my pace around 4:00 and sped up on the last two. was glad i could maintain it for the entire workout. Jogged to the track (+3.3km) and took the bus back.
