10 minute warm up with running bursts to get my knee ready...hence I listed my pure running as 3:30 minutes more than 30 minutes....
10 x 1 min @11:30 pace/ 1 min @ 10:30 pace/ 1 min @ 9:30 pace w/ 2 min walk recovery....doing 150's on last interval end
134 HRA for the entire 50 minute segment
file this under the "going down swinging" file.....one bad junk knee, one worst junk knee that hurt and a mega knee brace that rubs my skin off...its tolerable pain so I grin and bear it...yet I am still inching up my run ability on a very limited running schedule with intervals.......not sure where i will get to and if I can hold off the inevitable long enough to reach all my goals but it wont be from lack of trying....
