800 meter intervals....fast wolking and running 1:00 rest between each 800 walk or run segment....

had to run hard to get a sub 10 minute/mile pace but at least I can do this.....prepping for my 1.75 mile run segment on my upcoming last triathlon....
walked a firm pace to very hard pace....not easy....good workout with only 1.5 miles of actual running
