Kari and I did the Greenway/Minnehaha loop from our apartment....I think we did 27 miles.....it felt harder than the average HR indicated but it was a good longish bike....

Setting controls at Tamarack...we got an early start, we were at the park at about 8:40am (delayed by running race) and just had enough time to get it all done....crazy....next time we will start even earlier.....

suprised how fast my first 100 was.....I was trying for 1:30, so I chilled out and eased the rest....
