my unsolicited opinion on diets and losing weight....
people say diets dont work...I believe ALL diets work....because they all have you eating less calories....but you have limit to calories...or eat the same and burn more than you have....
if I wrote a diet book it would be one sentence...
"burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight..."
it works every time....
sure, while you are eating less, eat a blanced diet...and call it good....
and here is the other dirty secret of dieting that everyone seems to avoid...
you might be a bit HUNGRY when you are on a diet.....especially, at the beginning when you eat less than you are used to....
how come no one mentions this?....
