objective: build endurance for skiing but sandwich in a firm tempo effort. I wanted to get in some intensity of the muscular endurance kind....this workout was spot on
note: only downside was my bad knee was sore....it got better as I rode but tight pain was present the entire time
bike to Wirth for two firm N loops....

good effort....good times....the 2nd loop did not feel that much faster first loop was smooth in technique
note...the side rock at the Y log entrance was moved therefore no dismount
chked out how Brownie was coming along on the easy ride back......
