Run 15:00 [3]

Run test

15:00 @ 12:00/mile...HRA 127..seemed higher than what it would be.

I suspect this run test as a measure of run fitness may not be accurate...it seems different treadmills at my Snap may not be calibrated properly....this run felt harder with fresh legs at 12:00 than the other treadmill I used recently....but this is all speculation. perhaps the best way to run a test is outside on the track.....but weather skews results outside.....

not sure what to do to determine a run fitness test...

legs were dead....not sure why, but wanted to get something that would punch up my heart rate a bit. Ski at Hyland despite that its 44F

did loops....it was slushy but a good ski on my old waxless. Hyland still going!
