I may be having knee surgery soon I figure I should ramp up my run shape in case I have to quit for awhile therefore keeping as much speed as possible.

first new run test (simply I just record my AHR for the last 5 minutes of a 12:00/mile pace 15:00 run....

given that protocol I had an AHR 128

objective: V02 max intervals:

3min @ 8:41 pace/3 min @ 3.5 mph recovery x 6
