Minneapolis Bike Tour with Syd and Kari.....Syd riding on her own....I only counted 40 minutes of almost 2 hours of riding which captured times when I was pushing up hill

up to wirth for two north loops.....they have 2 new branches that are a bit longer than the old line.....

rare that the 2nd loop is slower.....decent speed. thought I was going quicker....taking new detours likely tacked on another :15

Elm Creek after making work a short day....

beginner loop 15:51
big loop easy in 1:11:28 best of 4 tries and i may have taken a slightly longer split trial to the right....usually go left...

firm pushing ride....first hard ride with my knee brace.......knee felt no pain....even tried a 15 second run on grass and felt no pain....good sign.
