tried ro ride mild...east cedar and some of the Wirth mt bike trails up and back to the North loop....22:11 on the loop 140 HRA

Hike 1:00:00 [3]

counted only an hour of a 3 hour 28 minute hike with a 10 lb pack marking and ribboning the trail loppet half trail marathon tommorrow.....likely was over 100 HRA much more but I will just do an hour.........forgot my brace and my knee was hurting, I limped the whole way doubting I will ever be able to run consistently again....this hike has me thinking "not likely"

working on some more intense intervals while working around my OA knee.

3min x 6 w 2 min recovery

(level 18 with 5 lateral...seemed to be best for knee)

reached 146-7 (max 150) on intervals....very firm work.

lateral from 5 to 10...mostly 5

working it pretty good....this really seems to hit the nordic ski muscles in the legs....an even more specific for skating....

4 x 100 on 5:00.....35 on weight??? (not sure)

good for double poling muscles
