good execution...this machine is excellent due to involving muscular endurance needed for nordic skiing...
did 20 min mild out...still moving along....
now time to recover and consolidate...tough work schedule next week (I hate when my full time job is actually fulll time) easy intensity workouts for the next week before a final dryland push for nordic ski season.....
