Modified all dirt loop and more with Kari.....checked out a part of the new event mt bike trail at Wirth....should add some more fun although pretty hilly for me....and it will be good for pole hiking also...

Hopkins loop in 41:18 on my notoriously slow training tires Amarillo's, like Gator skins which guarantee to slow you down....been running them since last fall....general consensus is you average 1-2 mph slower so that means it was a pretty good ride...

I should look into some decent rubber when I ride in a tour to up the speed a bit.....I have race wheels for my Triathlons that have fast rubber.....but not sure where Triathlon will fit in this year with me barely able to run....or ever....not sure HRA is accurate but it was a very firm ride...
