Swimming 40:04 [3]
hours of PT the last month that I dont consider training so this is the first one back....
the good news....my post op knee did not hurt when swimming and I could push off just a bit from the wall with no real pain....push was about 70% of normal which also slowed me a bit...
setting a base line to improve from.......times incredibly slow but its a start that can challenge me and ultimately times are only relevant to use to compete against yourself............my daughter Sydney is likely faster than me in this moment....perhaps I can get a bit better and challenge her to a swim off for fun.....the kid is improving in every sport she does and I am enjoying every moment of watching her and cheering her on.....
good to feel the post workout buzz as I was just short of 4 weeks with no training.....the longest break I have had since starting to train in 1985....
