800 meter intervals....fast wolking and running 1:00 rest between each 800 walk or run segment....
6:52 walk 5:07 run 6:45 walk 5:01 run 6:40 walk 4:57 run 3:52 400 meter cool down walk.....
had to run hard to get a sub 10 minute/mile pace but at least I can do this.....prepping for my 1.75 mile run segment on my upcoming last triathlon....
walked a firm pace to very hard pace....not easy....good workout with only 1.5 miles of actual running
