run around Brownie.....had to run back and forth because the south side from the mudhole to the steps was flooded with high water....

my long run.....ran about 2.8K continous with brief walk segments after every lap....

3 laps

bridge end to flood 6:15

longest continous run in 1.5 years......felt it but it was bearable.....

swim to NW white bouy and back.......farther than I thoght but glad I can swim this long on very little training,,,,,

on the track.

800 meter intervals....fast wolking and running 1:00 rest between each 800 walk or run segment....

6:52 walk
5:07 run
6:45 walk
5:01 run
6:40 walk
4:57 run
3:52 400 meter cool down walk.....

had to run hard to get a sub 10 minute/mile pace but at least I can do this.....prepping for my 1.75 mile run segment on my upcoming last triathlon....

walked a firm pace to very hard pace....not easy....good workout with only 1.5 miles of actual running
