34::46 5K trail loppet (official times were off :30?) first running race in 2.5 years....not bad for a 62 year old with bad knee on a little over 1 run/week of 2-3 miles.......out paced all my expectations....Sydney still beat me by 2.5minutes but I was glad to be so close to her......total time included warm up.....
