trail running 40:30 [3]

ran the north loop in 40:31 w/ poles....132 HRA .....I thought I was going a bit faster. Running these days is a stiff painful experience w/ the bad knee (and even with the "good" one) but its still a challenge I enjoy even if I am just a shadow of my former mediocre self.......its telling I can only drive my HR to a 132 HRA....my legs will not allow me to do more. I do enjoy the feeling you have afterwards. Sore, and tired but good...
