16K (but actually 10.63 miles )Pouli Classic course.....stopped watch at road crossings.....last 25-30 minutes on the man made loop were rough....right at 10 min/mile so happy with that bit averaged about 12 min/mile on the last 2 miles....was at 77 min at 8 miles....hills were killers the last 3 miles but hung tough relying on technique to get me to the finish......hr would hit 172 at the top of hills
