My neck is bothering me again today, so I attempted to do my workout but called it quits early due to the lifting seeming to aggravate my neck.
5x5 incline DB bench press 25lbs ea, 25, 30, 30, 30
Barbell row 1x5x55lbs, 1x8x55lbs
