distance is totally off, because I was running up and down the Casa Loma stairs!!

did 2 interval series. Many intervals to complete exhaustion.

Swimming 34:00 [4] 1.25 km (27:12 / km)

50L x 25m
(I cramped at length 48, breathed, and finished the 50)

it felt good... maybe i should try and start thinking about technique.... I have no clue if i swim correctly hahahah

I did a mini triathlon, hihihi !!! It's fun to get the run swim and bike all in the same day. hihihi.
I have never done a triathlon, and would only be interested in an off-road one, but it is fun to think that i make my own mini ones.
