Orienteering 1:37:00 [4] 9.0 km (10:47 / km)

this is including me starting my watch way way before the race started, and forgetting to close it after the race... :)
But at least i did not forget to use my watch!

i did how ever forget to ask about my finishing time, haha, got distracted by the goodies.
i have no clue how i did compared to others, all i know is that i got beat by Teo the foe!
I scrambled badly on the first control, was pretty much last coming into it. I somehow wanted to head for the other control first (as everyone else ran for the same one).
Ended up throwing myself in the ditch, seeing how deep the snow was and figuring out everybody else was smarter.
... it took me a long time to ¨get in contact with the map¨ ... actually i am not sure i was ever in contact with it.
E.T. phone home!!!!

things got better as the race ended. booooo i was just getting warmed up!
my brain needs lots of warm up time it seems.

I aim to win my frog back. Teo has it in his possesion, but next race, i ´ll get it back.

ohh all the pretty colors this week! I wanted to see full of different colors in my training log and i succeeded! Rest day.
Stairs are hard to climb today. Might go fun skating later, ... but afraid of the quads.

Cat Run! loads of fun! L. and J. are full of energy, and R. came with us as well except it was his first time out and so we ran slow for the first part,.. then sped up a bit after he turned back for the 5k.
We had great fun spelling Cat although we messed up the C and A a little... We patted one dog, and trampled one matress...
Boomerang posts are now a technical term that has been adopted in the group.
oh .. and i was tired at the end, in a good way.

ran/walked with the newbies, had loads of fun... recognized a few blurrs passing by and once we were done... I ran out again doing Thomass course in reverse to look for the missing newbie that was left behind (felt bad for him)...
Picked him up at control B in second Tomass box. I crossed un-crossable river balancing on tiny log... decided not to bring newbie back that way, went around and caught the bridge.
Patted all the dogs along the way. It was great fun! Missed lunch with the big group but our little group stopped and had pretty good chatsies going.
