walked a little slower at the end, was starting to feel it

Trying to get to orienteering but unpredicted bike breakage made this much longer than expected ...

this was not planned walk... my @%&$*#) bike broke!
I was going up a steep hill, and obviously putting a lot of pressure on my "good" leg and ... I ,... cracked open the crank arm, it litterally went CRACK! and ca fendu de bord en bord!
Pue de pedal!

So I had to walk the 5 km that was left,.. it was actually too much for me and I knew it. Felt the strain, ...

For this reason, I trapped a good friend of mine to pamper me and drive me home after the orienteering event.

Bike is now fixed. Changed the piece this morning.

First real walking, i walked pretty fast, actually worked up a sweat! It was pretty and sunny, and still so far away from running, but yeah...

expected.
