Home Training session: I,II,III and IV
Actually did not feel that well, but pulled through and was happy. Don't know what was wrong.

Was not elegant, did not feel great, was running 2 min on, 2 min off. Found it difficult but at the end was very very happy i did it and pulled through, ... pushed on pretty well when tired.

a bit clumsy ... not surprising, but getting better on the first exercises. now out for the run, ...

slept:8.0 shoes: Froggers

good run up and down ruelles, and le parc jarry.
Fait 1min-on/1min-off, felt pretty good.
scared of up grading to 2min-on/2-min-off...
