Orienteering 1:45:00 [3] 5.0 km (21:00 / km)

Did the medium course walking with MJ. She had never orienteered before so I was showing her the ropes.
MAde a very bad decision on one of the controls (got caught in steep escapement), but had great fun!
and good food at the BBQ. Was lovely to see Miss BG ! had not spoken to her in a while. Also caught a few MJ_racer stories.
JT and M did the course together and beat us, ... boooo

it s still hurting today even if trying to avoid using it too much. Bad bad Achilles, actively trying to stay off it and walking very slowly...

walking has started to hurt for some reason, I pulled Mr Achilles a little bit while stretching to catch a frisbee, (yes stupid me)...
but now I feel pain while walking sometimes ... which worries me slightly .
Should I stay off it,.. hummm...
Will be more relaxed with the walking tomorrow, decrease speed for one thing, and try to protect it more.
