Note

really not feeling to well these days, just slugging out the minimum. Headaches and nausea but not enough to declare myself officially sick although i did take a sickday from work.
i thought it would set me back up, but i am still very much sluggish. I'll ride it out but for now, output is minimum.
Watched some documentaries. that was fun.

oh well it happens, still looking forward to the chase... hopefully i can run, hahah

Calf raise, looking for max --- finally got to 50/50
