i went through Queen park mud yelling: "squirlley", to get them out of the way.
Very rainy and completely soaked ride.
Crossed a woman runner, and we exchanged a warm knowingly smile and nod of the head.
it was nice.

Note

physio has been lacking,... actually training intensity has declined but I know it will pick up.
First thing first, I have to start hauling my training gear around with me again.
